The steak is cut from the fore rib and has the entire rib bone intact. Full of flavour due to intramuscular marbling but not overly tough.
This steak is not for the faint hearted.
Cooking: Lightly oil both sides, season with a LOT of salt & pepper, cook it medium rare on the grill , grab a big knife and go for it... Respect on a plate.Serve: Each steak will weigh around 500g
