Join our Artisan butchers in our award winning Double Bay shop to learn how to carve and trim like a professional. Days: Monday - ThursdayTime: 6pm - 9pm Numbers: min 6 ppl, max 8 ppl per class.Groups and Individuals welcome. We will join small groups and individuals together to get to minimum numbers if necessary
You will be given a brief introduction to our farming methods - including the breeds we use and the benefits of free range farming - then you’ll learn everything you need to know about where the cut you love comes from and why & when you should use it.
Our fully equipped butcher room is where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss the whole body of beef, before watching and participating in a full carcass breakdown, detailing the individual cuts and the best cooking uses for each.
You’ll also get to taste some of the mouth-watering cuts that you have produced, paired together with some equally delicious wines.A fantatstic experience perfect as a gift, a self indulgence or corporate entertaining. One of our staff members will contact you to organise dates and any special requirements
