Deliveries
ORDER CUT OFF TIMES.
- We deliver Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery Instructions: If possible, it is better if someone is present at delivery. That way we are able to rectify any issues you may have straight away. If you can’t be there, you can give instructions explaining where you would like your products to be left. Eg Back doorstep , In the garage , with Neighbours etc. Below your Cart (on the “Check Out” page) you can add “Additional comments & delivery instructions….” Please leave any relevant details or requests there.

DELIVERY CHARGES.
- See the Delivery Area Chart for details. The minimum spend, depending on your location, is either $50, $75 or $150.
- Free delivery is based on the amount you spend and the area we are delivering to. Please see the Delivery Area Chart for further details.
HOW IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?
- Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with all relevant order details.
