A northern Italian staple , 1888's Beef Ragu is a thick, full-bodied meat sauce that is slow cooked to make it wonderfully tender, full of texture and flavour.
Ragu is traditionally served with Papardelle but you can match it with any pasta that is handy. Serve with shaved Parmigiana If served with Pasta an average adult serving is 200grams
Simply place the bag of Ragu (still sealed) into a pot of simmering water and allow to warm through for 15 minutes or so.
