Eye Fillet - the ultimate in tenderness, Indulge yourself! 1888's grass fed and finished eye fillet adds another dimension of flavour that is naturally lacking from it's grain fed cousins.
We will pre cook the fillet in our sous vide to ensure the flavour and tender melt in your mouth texture remain.Black garlic Aioli will come with the dish as a side.
Cooking: We have done all the hard work. You only need to sear the fillet on a hot plate/skillet to heat it up and add some charring to the exterior
Serve: approximately 250 gram per serve (2 x 250g cuts in this order)
