Cut from the back (Top Sirloin - this cut should not be mistaken with the Sirloin as it's completely different ) of our Grass fed & finished cattle. The New York Cut is tender, but still has a bit of chew. The steak has moderate marbling throughout with a layer of flavoursome fat running along the outer edge. Overall it has a great beefy flavor that is great by itself or with a sauce.
Cooking: Grill, pan fry or BBQ approximately 250 gram per steak
