A family favourite. What BBQ would be complete without a curly tail chop?
All our lamb chops are cut the traditional way and not wafer thin like the supermarkets; so they will be approximately and 2-2.5cm thick.
Cooking: Grill, BBQ or pan fry.Best served “pink”, about 5 minutes per side. Usually when it looks nice and browned it is ready to serve.
