Cut from the back (Top Sirloin - this cut should not be mistaken with the Sirloin as it's completely different ) of our Grass fed & finished cattle. The New York Cut is moderately tender, but still has a bit of chew. Good marbling and a strong beefy flavor.
Cooking: Grill, pan fry or BBQ Serve: 300g is a good size steak that will keep every appetite happy. Please add in notes prior to checkout what size steaks you would like.
